A graduate of XLRI ( Class of 1996), Binno has grown The HR Practice footprint, working closely with Business Leaders to enhance their HR results. Binno's prior experience spans across multiple industry sectors - manufacturing, media, IT and ITES . His experience with blue chip organisations like Accenture, Pepsico and HCL is multi-faceted, combining change management challenges in both the Indian and global context.

ADEPT, our Enterprise outsourcing solution, covers all aspects of HR operations in a client organization. This includes the strong network of service providers we make available to the client organization as required. Our partners include (but are not limited to) training organizations, recruitment agencies, payroll service providers, job sites, and benefits administrators. By leveraging our network of partner relationships, we provide our clients with access to committed service levels at special rates from a wide range of service providers.
A graduate of XLRI ( Class of 1987), Anu has contributed to over 150 organisations, and has supported their Leadership in delivering desired results. Anu brings with her the experience of being the Chief People Officer and a member of the Executive Committee in multiple organisations: iGATE Global Solutions (acquired by Cap Gemini), Quintant Services, Aurigene Technologies (a DRL Company), indya.com Portal Pvt Ltd ( a STAR investee company), Sony Entertainment Television (part of the Sony group of companies).

The HR Practice team comprises of HR professionals deeply committed to enhancing the professional lives of people in its client organisations. Having worked in different industries, each of us come with rich and varied operational experience in HR . While some of us have held leadership positions, most of us have had opportunities to view the work of and interact closely with members of top managements. As a team, we are strongly equipped to handle the operational, tactical and the strategic challenges of the HR function.
