Our CEO - Anu Sharma

A graduate of XLRI ( Class of 1987), Anu has been the Global HR leader and member of the Executive Committee in multiple organisations - iGATE Global Solutions (subsidiary of iGATE Corporation Nasdaq IGTE), Quintant Services, Aurigene Technologies (a DRL Company), indya.com Portal Pvt Ltd ( a STAR investee company), Sony Entertainment Television (part of the Sony group of companies). Her experience extends from leading organisational transformation efforts to setting up robust HR functions for global start ups like Aurigene and Quintant.

Each of us come with rich and varied operational experience in HR having worked in different industries. While some of us have held leadership positions most of us have had opportunities to view closely top managements at work. So as a team we are well equipped to handle the operational, tactical and the strategic challenges of the HR function.
